Over the past six years the Directors of TrioPlus have worked together on a number of projects, including the following:

Queen's Silver Jubilee Trust and Prince of Wales's Charitable Foundation - development of new grant funding programmes, including processes, documentation and management arrangements

Sport England - analysis of projects focused on sport for people with disabilities, and development of funding criteria for Inclusive Sport programme

Woolmer Hill School, Haslemere - review feasibility of School taking over management of The Edge Leisure Centre

England Athletics - development of athletics facilities strategic plan 2012-2017

Angling Development Board - development of Interim Facilities Strategy

British Canoe Union - development of Canoe England Facilities Strategy

Tennis Industry Association - management of TIAUK's Tennis Force initiative.

TrioPlus has recently undertaken due diligence reviews relating to the potential endowment of two major trusts (£200m and £35m).  These involved the critical appraisal of business and investment plans, trust structure and governance, risks and controls, and deliverability of charitable and programme objectives.

Rugby Football League - development of a revised facilities strategy. [download article in Sports Management magazine]

Physical Activity Alliance - national co-ordination role in the development of the emerging alliance, including consultation in the sector and liaison with relevant government departments.

University of East London - articulating the Team East London 2012 talent and performance sport programmes and exploring the potential for partnership with Newham Sports Academy.

Wembley National Stadium Trust - facilitation of funding strategy workshop for Trustees planning their future grant programme from 2012.

England Hockey Board - management of EHB's Capital Investment Programme 2009-2013 to improve the stock of Single System hockey pitches at strategic locations around the country.

Judy Murray Tennis Club - proposals to develop a tennis centre in Scotland where Andy Murray's mother can nurture the next generation of Wimbledon winners.  More...

Sports Institute Northern Ireland – 5 year strategic, corporate and business planning and funding application. Approximately £1million per annum funding secured.

University of Ulster - development of Comprehensive Sports Facility Plan with associated funding bid to Sports Council Northern Ireland Elite Facilities Programme.

Carrickfergus Sailing Club - formulation of funding bid to Sports Council Northern Ireland Elite Facilities Programme for development of Regional Sailing Centre.

Lawn Tennis Association - development of an operational and business plan for the National Tennis Centre at Roehampton, which opened in March 2007.  More...

Stratford on Avon District Council – relocation of Stratford Town Football Club and development of a community football ‘hub’ site.  More...

Institute of Groundsmanship - organisational and financial management review and restructuring, and development of a 6-year forward Strategy (launched at IOG SALTEX in Sept 2006).  More recently, Industry Research Project.

London Borough of Newham - development of business plan and funding application for 'Newham Talent 2012' talent identification and development programme, linked with Newham's other sports development programmes and part of the 'Five Boroughs 2012 Framework' for East London.

London Borough of Lambeth – management of leisure delivery programme, incorporating new leisure centres within local area regeneration plans. 

London Borough of Hillingdon – Big Lottery Fund, PE and Sport programme management.

Hillingdon Leisure Trust – planning advice support for bid to manage £20 million new lido and leisure complex.

London Borough of Lambeth - due diligence review and process audit of Heritage Lottery Fund application.

Sport England - updating of operations manual (finance section) and development of online pre-application guidance. 

Football Foundation – investigative and project rescue work.
